I’m Jawad Al Hasan, the Founder & CEO of ErrorSync and this is the story of how one small dream turned into a growing digital solutions company.
My journey began back in 2017–2018, when I received my very first client; a Dubai-based eCommerce project that came through a reference. Coming from a Computer Science background, I was both excited and nervous. It was my first big opportunity, and I wanted to give it everything I had.

To make it possible, I built a small team; full of dreams but short on experience. It was also my first time leading a team of professionals who were far more experienced than me. As a beginner, I didn’t just have to complete the project; I had to learn how to manage people, understand clients, and handle real pressure.
The start was far from easy. I faced communication issues, struggled with unclear requirements, and found it hard to bridge the gap between my technical team and my non-technical client. Many nights were spent trying to figure out what went wrong, how to fix it, and how to keep everyone aligned. There were moments of doubt, stress, and sleepless nights; times when I questioned whether I was capable enough to lead.
But giving up was never an option. I kept learning, improving, and moving forward; one small step at a time. Slowly, everything started falling into place. My team began to trust me, my client began to see progress, and finally, after all the struggle, we delivered the project successfully.
That moment changed everything. It wasn’t just a completed project; it was the beginning of a dream.
The client was deeply impressed with our work and soon asked if we could handle their marketing too. I didn’t hesitate. I hired a marketing expert, started learning marketing myself, and found a new passion that reshaped my vision completely.
From that point on, my journey truly began. I started working project by project; sometimes with many clients, sometimes waiting for the next one. I worked through references and online marketplaces, and though I didn’t handle too many clients, most of them kept coming back. Their trust became my biggest strength. Some of them are still with us today, since 2020–21, standing beside me since the early days.
As the workload grew, my clients started encouraging me — “You should open your own company.” Their words became my motivation. I began building a stronger team, not just of skilled professionals, but of people who shared the same values; dedication, honesty, and passion.
Together, we expanded our services; from web development to digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and custom software development. Each new challenge made us stronger, and every project became a new chapter in our growth.
And that’s how ErrorSync was born; not from luck or shortcuts, but from hard work, sleepless nights, failed attempts, and an unshakable belief in what we do.
Today, ErrorSync stands as a trusted digital solutions company, serving clients across the globe. But no matter how far we go, we never forget where it all started; a small project, a nervous beginner, and a dream that refused to fade.
